ColChiTex Custom Product Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all custom printing and engraving services provided by ColChiTex.

1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

1.1. By submitting any designs, logos, text, images, or other content (“Content”) for production, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for that Content.

1.2. You agree that the Content does not infringe upon, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

1.3. You assume full responsibility for any claims arising from the use of your submitted Content. You agree to indemnify and hold ColChiTex harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs resulting from your breach of this section.

2. Content Standards

2.1. ColChiTex reserves the right to refuse any Content deemed hateful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

2.2. If ColChiTex determines that submitted Content violates these standards, we may, at our discretion, cancel or modify your order and issue any applicable refunds.

3. Proofing & Approval

3.1. Prior to production, ColChiTex may provide a digital proof or mock-up of your custom design. It is your responsibility to review all details, including layout, spelling, and colors.

3.2. Once you approve the proof, the order moves into production. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and/or delays.

4. Color & Material Variations

4.1. Due to variations in screen displays, fabric properties, and printing methods, the colors, placement, and finish of the final product may differ slightly from on-screen proofs. These minor variations are not considered defects.

4.2. ColChiTex uses industry-standard techniques and quality materials. Minor deviations in print alignment, texture, or color are normal and acceptable.

5. Production Times & Delivery

5.1. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

5.2. Delays may occur due to supply shortages, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. ColChiTex is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from delayed shipments.

5.3. If a significant delay occurs, ColChiTex will notify you and discuss alternate arrangements if possible.

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

6.1. Custom products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6.2. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to ColChiTex, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and a description of the issue.

6.3. Upon verification of the defect, ColChiTex may, at our discretion, provide a r
